Students will practice and master all manner of skills from math to spelling using their whiteboards and markers. I am pretty teaching my whole day in small groups to accommodate the 5 different levels I have in my class this year, including a small group of student who cannot read, to others that are reading at a 5th grade level. Having so many levels makes is near impossible to teach whole class. That said, even though it is super challenging, I don’t want any child’s academic achievement to suffer regardless of their level.
