Ukuleles are a fun and exciting way to teach note reading skills in elementary music classes, as well as the skills to begin playing a fun new instrument! Our school currently has 14 ukuleles, but with class sizes reaching 30 in multiple 5th and 6th grade classes, it would be much easier and beneficial for the students if each student had their own ukulele to play in class. This will result in more playing time for students who only receive 50 minutes of music class per week!
These ukuleles are a good and affordable choice for students, and will be used for students in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades!
