Students are returning to the classroom for the first time since the pandemic. They are not able to purchase a lot of the items I asked for on the Supply List and I want them to be able to still learn effectively in the classroom. These items will ensure that all my students learn what they need to by the end of the school year. We learn a lot of our lessons using dry erase boards and markers, as well as sticky notes for fun, interactive activities.
The students will each receive individual headphones to use on their personal computers given by the school, so they are able to continue their learning while I work with a special group and provide the differentiation I need for all students. They also need to be able to continually sharpen their pencils, as my students mainly use regular No.2 pencils, and a nice pencil sharpener will certainly save time and distraction, so the focus can be on the curriculum and content.
