My students come from a variety of backgrounds but overall they all need assistance with organization. I have a color coding system in my room to help find materials with ease. For example, purple folder and notebook for math, yellow folder and notebook for writing, red folder and notebook for reading, etc.
Seat sacks will help keep their folders organized. Students tend to run out of room with their books and folders in their desks. This way students can keep their folders on the back of their chairs and their books in their desks.
