Many students graze through the day, enjoying a never-ending snack time.
Snacks are good for kids because they help them stay focused at school and give them nutrients, keeping hunger at bay.
These snacks already have a place in my classroom where students will have access to them throughout the day while we work on assignments. These varieties of snacks can provide energy in the middle of the day and decrease student hunger.
My classroom students specifically selected the snacks that we requested this project. We brainstormed snacks such as various juices, goldfish, various chips, and cookies that will also promote attendance and student engagement. I will give out these varieties of snacks as incentives for outstanding work and dedication throughout the day. Food can fuel the brain. Let's Rock the Fall!
