The items I have selected would help support my instruction by providing additional resource options. Our work is a blend of technology and cross curriculum instruction supporting ELA and Math in the process. A large portion of instruction is research based and students will be required to present to the class thereby building self confidence and sharpening communication skills through public speaking.
The development of each student makes your heart bubble over seeing them exude self confidence as they speak to their goals with a plan of action in place to get them there. It is important to note that in planning, students also plan for those “bumps in the roads” or potential obstacles they may face. It is my strong belief that you have to visualize your plan, then act not allowing room for distraction.
