This organized and portable book shelf will allow our students to choose which book that they would like to check out. The Preschoolers are diving into books and learning how to handle them, make predictions, and explore the sequence of a story. We would like our students to be able to choose a book at their appropriate level/interest and be able to take it home.
Our classroom library will also be shared at home! The students will not only engage with books in the classroom but at home as well. This will enhance their knowledge, language, creativity, and confidence by engaging with books at home with family members. Students will be able to check a book out from this cart each week and return it to exchange it for a new one.
About my class
