Since we have to wear masks at school this year, I want to give my students the opportunity to share a portrait of their smiling faces with their classmates and the rest of our staff. We do not get to see each other smile in class so I want them to express their feelings through the self-portraits they create! With our aprons, we will be able to stay clean and our paint will be used for the portraits. We have already begun working on how to draw and create the features of the face and we want to put this hard work on some canvases for the whole school to see!

About my class
