The majority of my students have trouble sitting still and staying on task. Many of these items will keep them engaged and will help their brains work differently, giving them the opportunity to be as successful as possible.
I also have my students take State tests as well as Star tests in my room so the dividers will be a great addition for privacy.
Lastly, some of my students with Autism constantly worry about the amount of time they have left for lessons, reading groups, etc. The timer will be a really fun way for them to have a visual, which will ease their minds a s decrease some anxiety.
