As a first year teacher, our classroom library is very small. Growing our classroom library will increase opportunities for my students to read. I plan on implementing a classroom library check-out system to allow students to read books they are interested in. I also plan on obtaining classroom novel sets for a novel study unit that helps me teach common core standards to my students while exposing them to different types of novels.
I love reading and my hope is to get my students to love reading too! Help me obtain books my students will enjoy.
