Demonstrating a healthy lifestyle by being active is an important life lesson which I instill throughout my physical education program. This project will provide an avenue to show my students how to have fun while engaging in an alternative lifetime sport and practicing a healthy lifestyle through the sport of disc golf. This project will give me the equipment to play disc golf during the day. Disc golf is a sport that is accessible to all of my students regardless of previous learning or abilities. We will play a lot!
