As a science teacher is is important to me to provide ample opportunities for hands on STEM activities. I love having my students create hands-on projects that reinforce science and mathematics. I want to bridge the gap between both math and engineering with my students and continue their love of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).
STEM projects such as 3D models is a great way for the students to truly get hands on experience with understanding these topics. It allows them to explore the world outside of a flat piece of paper.
The cricut maker will allow students to create their own STEM activities and models while exploring technology using a computer aided design while also creating activities that furthers the aspects of science and math.
