Students have been off course with school since Covid 19 hit and this effected their home life schedule, with sleep. These cots will be used to catch up with some rest so they may go home and continue with homework. Wellness is key in learning. Students should get the proper amount of sleep at night to help stay focused, improve concentration, and improve academic performance. Children who do not get enough sleep have a higher risk for many health problems, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, poor mental health, and injuries.
