As educators, we try to meet student and family needs outside as well as inside of the classroom. We have been able to provide Chromebooks to our students, but many of our families do not have printers at home. Even still, students (especially middle school) are asked to turn in typed pages for several projects. Also, parents need a way to print or copy important documents that need signatures or for when hard copies are requested. This printer would allow our school to have a printer dedicated to our students and families. It would be the only printer in the school to be used solely for students and parents so that they can print, copy or scan their documents. We would also be able to print photos from our annual Daddy/Daughter and Mother/Son events on-site, to be taken home at the end of the evening. Having this printer would be an incredible help to our students and their families.
