My students come from a low socioeconomic neighborhood and being at school can sometimes be their only happy safe place to go. My goal is to provide as much hands on science learning where they can hold the tools, do the science experiments and learn from doing. Watching the smiles and happiness appear on my students’ faces is priceless when they are able to be dependent in class. STEM games and science tools will provide what we are learning in our books to life. I am excited for what this year has to bring and watching grow as young scientists.
