I am requesting books which will enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. I want my classroom library to be a place that my students will really enjoy and look forward to visit during centers. I strive to read to my students on a daily basis and provide my students with the opportunity to read independently from my classroom collection. COVID-19 has impacted the classroom dynamic of checking out books from the library that I am requesting a diverse collection books to house in my classroom. Every student book that will be added to my library is treated with love and care, and my students are thankful for the opportunity they get to read books they enjoy.
