Many of my students have never been in a school building before this year. Impacted by COVID-19 closures, some of my students are nervous about starting the new school year. Adding a rug and some other items to my classroom will make my room inviting and fun. The rug I have selected has letters but also a picture that includes the sound each letter makes.
