For the first time, my district is providing STEAM enrichment periods for our TK-3rd grade students with special needs! While I have the general education curriculum and materials to present to these students, there need to be significant modifications made in order to make the information attainable for this population. I would like to purchase books that contain the same knowledge but, are written using simpler language and that contain more pictures. I would also like to purchase more hands-on materials so students with different learning styles can better access the information.
