When students can choose their seating they are more engaged. This also helps students feel special when they are called back for interventions and small groups, making it a positive experience. Small group time is an important learning time to help fill in learning gaps and bring students up to grade level. Some students feel sensitive about needing this support, so having fun, comfortable and engaging seats will help these students more fully engage in the learning that they need. Wobble stools can also help with getting the wiggles out!
