The materials I have requested will give me the opportunity to transfer learning from the classroom to the outdoor environment for all of our students. The activity materials requested will engage and excite our students to fully participate to the best of their abilities.
By implementing sensory-motor integration for my students, these activities will link between the nerves (sensory system) and the muscles (motor skills) and to the process of receiving information through our senses, interpreting it, and organizing it.
From this, our students continue to learn while implementing gross motor skill development with sensory-motor integration. Moving it is fun!
