My classroom consists of grades k-2 which means my students will primarily learn through hands on experiences. I would like to secure essential items such as a laminator to laminate essential lessons that will be frequently used over and over again. The laminator will be my right hand man since I will be able to laminate lessons that involve matching letters, numbers, shapes and so much more. Since I will be making lots of cut outs, I will need the paper cutter/slicer. These two will help tremendously and will allow me to create more fun lessons because the laminator and paper slicer save so much time. Laminated items are also great because they allow me to easily disinfect them to reduce the spread of germs and help promote a safe clean covid free environment. Clorox wipes are equally important. Since play is an essential part of learning, I would like to secure magnetic tiles, linking cubes, play-doe, building blocks, puzzles, play money, and so much more to teach students and allow them to practice the concepts of time, money, counting, letters and so much more. As far as decorating my classroom I would really appreciate assistance in securing a stapler, organizing bins, and a pocket chart. I am a first time teacher and have no supplies as of yet and would sincerely appreciate all your donations.
