These students need as much motivation as they can get, to succeed in school since they are below grade level. These rewards as fidgets will give them confidence and a good feeling about succeeding and completing their work the best they can! It will give them the lesson about working hard and putting forth their best effort to get consequences/rewards to look forward to. I want my students to look forward to coming to school knowing they have the potential to succeed and can't wait to come back the next day! Thanks again!

About my class
