My students need supplies in order to learn about and create various publications that journalists are responsible for. My students are learning about what journalism is and why it is important. In addition to a great deal of reading, my students will be responsible for creating and publishing a newsletter for the student body of our school. A printer and style book will make the creation and implementation of a well written and entertaining publication possible. It would provide my students with more opportunities to practice the skills necessary to publish a newsletter for the larger student body each semester.
