I hope to get independent readers into the hands of struggling readers and creating a space for them to cozy up a enjoy all that a good story has to offer. After we review taught concepts and learn a new one, I want to to see my students but their skills into action by being able to choose an independent, but high interest book and get lost in it. I hope to foster a love for reading by helping my students see all that a book has to offer them!

About my class
