Our campus serves primarily English Language Learners in a low socioeconomic neighborhood. School is usually the only resource for technology for our students. We create student driven lessons and giving our kids opportunities to supplement their learning with technology can help them learn more and to become more comfortable with digital learning.
Chomebooks will give our learners access to more visuals and online experiences they may not have access to in the conventional classroom setting. Increased student engagement, ownership, and discovery add tremendous value to learning. Donating to our project will be the first step in the direction of increased engagement and academic achievement.
