Leaving their parents at the age of 5 is scary; attending school for the first time can be intimidating. How can I make it better for my students? We want to foster a positive environment that enables students to achieve their social and academic goals. Students will be motivated to become learners, initiators, and problem solvers. Through the incentives and prizes, students will understand that their hard work and good behaviors are well encouraged in the classroom. Students will look forward to earning the prizes by trying their best with the routines and structure in place.
