The use of books in my classroom happens daily and is a way for children to not only become better readers, but to expand their horizons and imagination. My students love to read, especially when I give them time to silently read to themselves and during reading rotations. More books will provide more open windows in the mind of a child's imagination. My students are so excited to visit our classroom library, where I try to provide an enhanced print-rich environment. My students are able to choose 2 leveled readers and 3 vacation books of their own choice. They love books!

About my class
