My project will provide books for a classroom library for my students. Rather than reading whole-class novels, I will use the books that students love to teach them valuable language arts skills in an engaging way. They will be able to learn, enjoy, and share their books with their classmates! I envision a class where my students walk in and feel like they are entering a bookstore. I want them to see the faces of beautiful books and WANT to read them. I believe that reading is a culture, not an assignment, and I hope to create readers for life!

About my class
