Our school is an IB school. We study units with universal values and themes. With this historical fiction novel, we will learn about human behavior, changes in our world, character relationships, history patterns, themes or real-life lessons, and much more. This novel is an excellent resource to accompany our social studies lessons and study of the Native Americans. Our students will use this novel to study and compare cultures of the different Native American tribes. We will focus our study on the Native American tribes that lived in Texas such as the Caddos, Karankawas, Apaches, Comanches, and many more.

About my class
