All art pieces will be used to assist fine motor skills. Through students art work and free thinking I will use their work to expand on their writing skills- really get them thinking about their background knowledge & picture of what they are thinking about and expand on that. Social emotional, sensory tools and flex seating will be used in lessons to assist my students in learning how to properly handle their emotions. The different sets of comprehension packets will be used during reading lessons to allow me to really hone in on both needs from my students as half of them are on different reading levels than the others. The magnetic math counters will allow students to become more engaged in our math centers and have a will to more independently complete the lesson. The organizing bins and trays will make more more independence out of students as it will be me space for students to place their finished work and allow me to apply this as a new job for them.
