I have a group of wonderful and curious 1st graders who come from diverse backgrounds. These young scholars love to learn through different modalities using their hands and through movement. Some are learning to count, read, blend, and write. Our class loves to sing songs, play outdoors, and work on STEM challenges.
We have been building a classroom community of scholars who love to learn and explore!
Our magnet class also focuses on Urban Environmental Sciences, where students dive into the workings of the real world around them and become problem solvers. We cannot wait to become lifelong learners who make a real impact on the world!
