These materials will be used by the students to assist them in the area of self-regulation. By using these items they can become self-disciplined learners. Each student will be able to build a self-help tool box that can be used in school or in the home. The students are familiar with all of the items because they have been introduced to them during individual therapy sessions and or during school wide tier one daily morning mindfulness interventions. When a student has access to the tools that they need to self-regulate independently, their success rate in school has the ability to increase significantly.
