Children learn from everything around them. They are curious, interested and wide-eyed. In an EL class they are learning a new language and are eager to absorb as much of it as possible. With learning a new language also comes learning about a new culture. As much as students will learn English and about the United States, they will also share their culture and language. These materials will provide hands-on opportunities for them to interact with each other, answer questions, tell stories and learn from each other; specially needed after such a long time at home! .
