We are a classroom of 26, fourth/fifth-grade students from Utah. These kids are hungry for opportunities to interact with information of all kinds and they need 21st Century skills to become the entrepreneurs, writers, government leaders, artists, and scientists they already want to become. They love the complexity of technology and the seemingly endless amount of new tools and ideas it facilitates. They are creative in their thinking and enjoy learning new ways in which to express their ideas.
What I enjoy the most is their individuality. Every one of them has something unique to develop. Seeing each of them grow is why I love being a teacher.
