My school/district has decided to create a new and more engaging and culturally responsive curriculum for our students. I am excited to teach new books that my students can connect to, but we do not have enough copies of most of the books. I am hoping that I can enlist some help to get new and engaging books for my classroom library. The students have been out of school for so long, and I want to help get them excited about reading. I am hoping that I can use the books to hook my students and get them reading, writing and discussing literature in my class.
