The purpose of my donors choose project is to replace the missing books and replenish our classroom library with some fun titles that the kids really enjoy. I was hired as a completely virtual teacher last year during the pandemic. I sent classroom books home for our students to participate in our zoom class read alouds. I wasn't anticipating some of the books not getting returned. I am a new teacher to this school and I am teaching a new grade level so we do not have many books in the classroom. I would really appreciate getting some more books into our classroom. I allow my students to take home classroom books to use for their reading homework. I like to ask the students which books they are interested in reading to make sure we have some fun and relevant titles in our classroom library. Thank you for any help and donations you are able to give to our class. My students and I really appreciate it.
