Not only will the chromebooks help me increase engagement as I integrate more technology into my instruction but also help me prepare students as they learn to access online learning tools when at home learning is necessary. We are limited to roughly half of a class-set of computers, which can limit what we are able to use technology for during in-class learning. Math manipulatives will help students with kinesthetic experiences to help solidify math concepts being taught using hands on manipulatives. As I increase the level of reading material in my classroom library it will allow students to access reading material on appropriate levels.
