This is my second year teaching music technology at my high school. Last year, most of my students were working from home and missed out on the hands-on experience of recording live instruments. This year, I have twenty-two in-person students from all grade levels ready to start making their own music. We have Chromebooks, MIDI keyboards, and SoundTrap for Education - almost everything my students need to successfully and accurately create, mix, and evaluate their music. I want to make sure that all of my students have the same opportunity to succeed in this class by assigning students their own headphones to use during class.
