These materials will bring multi-sensory into my classroom. During centers time, students will be able to practice writing their letters and words in sand. This is a great way to allow students to feel letters and words as they spell them. They will also be able to build words using the unifix cubes. This will be a great way to practice phonemic awareness, as they will be able to practice letter and sound manipulation. Lastly, I will be able to keep more of our classroom anchor charts and pocket charts on display for my students to refer to throughout the day.
