I hope to bring on a class set of the graphic novel "The March" by John Lewis into our 10th grade English classroom. Our students are deserving of literature that will educate them on social justice and equity through an engaging lovely study. Students deserve the opportunity to know that knowledge can be acquired through various genres, and so graphic novels are a great opportunity to grow their appreciation for literature as well as expose them to social justice issues that were present in the past but still relevant today. Please help me put these engaging books into my students' hands.
