My students struggle daily with reading, writing and spelling. All day long, in every class they attend, they find it challenging to produce quality work. It takes more effort for them to experience success. They may not be recognized in their regular classrooms for the consistent, steady progress they make day to day in my classroom.
My goal is to get my students excited to come to intervention. I want them to be celebrated when they accomplish even small goals.
I want them to feel like their successes matter. By providing the earned rewards for my students, the goal is that they will be motivated to never give up and to keep putting forth the effort required for success.
It is my hope is that through the recognition that they receive, they will feel pride in the daily progress that they are making and realize the value in all of their hard work.
