Headphones will be used during reading and math small group intervention with 1st and 2nd grade students. Students are sometimes pulled out for small group instruction. The headphones will be used to keep the students focused during independent work time.
Students can also listen to stories to prepare them for Accelerated Reading test, STAR reading and STAR math, and 9 weeks testing. Headphones are important because my students can get distracted easily from outside noise. A classroom set of headphones will come in handy for daily independent groups and small group instruction. Headphones will bless my students.
