I teach seventh grade math. My students are an amazing bunch so eager to learn and full of energy. They vary greatly in their level of skill and background knowledge. In the class many scaffolds are used, and differentiation in instruction is a must. I use many different teaching styles in order to address the different learning styles that each student has. I want to meet each student at their level and help all students grow in their knowledge of mathematics and as productive members of society. This year my goal is to teach them not just math but to building them a love for learning
