My classroom is a self-contained class for students who are deaf or hard of hearing. These children experience certain challenges as well as strengths that some other children might. These materials will provide fun activities to use in the classroom to encourage expressive and receptive language, math, thinking skills, and literacy! My students benefit from multi-sensory manipulatives and learning materials that allow them to engage hands-on with what they're learning. With age-appropriate materials that encourage vocabulary and cognitive skills, they can continue to grow their spoken language and close the gap on delays in their skill sets.
