The items will be used to create a safe space in the ReSET classroom. The printer is to document all information and keep physical documentation. It will be filed into the file cabinet in a manilla folder. SEL will take place in the classroom to help student to de-escalate themselves and learn resilience. The students will learn several strategies to de-escalate behavior. The classroom will consist of one on on conversations, restorative circles, daily/weekly check ins and check outs, sel activities and more. Comfortable seating allows the students to relax and unwind and actually reflect on their behavior and how to improve that behavior.
