Being that we are currently in a pandemic, we have regularly had to learn virtually during quarantine periods. When we are learning virtually, it is my responsibility to make sure that lessons are just as engaging and fun as they would be in person.
Doing so is difficult without a computer monitor. Among the many decisions teachers make throughout a day, having to switch back and forth between different forms of technology is one of them. I need to be able to be just as quick on my feet (and computer) while teaching virtually - meaning I need to be able to use various forms of technology while working from home. I am given much less resources when I am at home, so it is extremely important that I have everything I need to teach effectively.
