Students will use the Scholastic News Magazines to help them with their research projects. Most of the magazines have topics and themes that are imbedded into our reading curriculum. These will be a great additional resource to help students with their projects. Students will work in groups to complete the projects and they will use the magazines to get fact and details about their research. Also, they will have the opportunity to design their own project. This will give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned in real world situation. Then, students will present their projects and answer the audience questions about their projects and the process.
