The dance program at our school is unique. Students study ballet, modern, African, dance composition and dance history. It is a middle school version of a college conservatory program. Many students are unable to afford basic dance attire. This project will ensure all students have dance attire and boost their confidence to feel like "real dancers".
The necessary music staff books, reusable boards, study books, and posters will help our musicians create their own learning through music and their own voices. In Vocal Music students pursue studies in choral music, vocal technique - acoustical method of vowel modification, and music theory and ear training. We'd like our students to experience our vocal program through their own creativity and discoveries. With your help, we can make this happen! Thank you!
These tools will help students learn the process of printmaking. In addition, students would be able to make a rubber stamp. With the use of these tools, students can learn how art can serve a purpose. Students would be able to create stamps that they can keep and use for years to come.
