Students in my school are very interested in musical instruments and continually ask which instrument they are going to learn about when they walk in my music classroom.
In my class, students are currently taking turns playing rhythmic instruments during instruction while learning how to play a steady beat and other various musical skills. The goal for this project is to ensure more students will be able to play simultaneously together using egg shakers, tambourines, and more! Utilizing these important rhythmic instruments gives the students another window of musical knowledge and helps with hand-eye coordination as well!
