In my classroom, I have vast space. This space is currently being used for centers and learning for subjects like Math and Phonics. In these particular areas though, the students in my class struggle to be comfortable. By having a rug in my classroom, it would provide the students a more suitable learning environment. The easel on my list will be used to provide support and aide in the teaching process for Phonics, and with everything that has gone on this past year; a child's phonetic skills are more important than they were in the past. Lastly, many teachers, including myself, use TeachersPayTeachers. TeachersPayTeachers has so many wonderful resources that are used in the classroom for differentiation, centers, and used for extra supports in lesson plans. By having access to those resources, the learning process is more intentional and meaningful for the students. The literacy game on my list will be used during literacy centers and small group work, to help provide students with extra support when it comes to different word sounds, parts, and endings.
